We'll Be Alright : Mental Health Awareness

Semester 4; August 2018
We'll be alright.
We’ll Be Alright is the title of this campaign.  This is my personal take on trying to reassure the audience on reality. “When everything feels like it's falling apart, always remember that there is a constant in the world.”. With this quote as a prompt, the booklet and collaterals of the mental health campaign has been designed into square and circles playing the part of the constants. Meanwhile, the rectangular poster plays the part of being the odd one out, signifying that its ‘falling apart’.

The colour palette used in designing this campaign consists of magenta and yellow as its main colours. The sharp and vibrant colours emphasises on the psychedelic side of this campaign. As for the booklet, instead of focusing on statistics and graphs, I wanted to bring comfort, rather than more worry. Hence, the ‘Manual for Empty Days’ was designed.

The mind is everything, it’s our world, it’s our guide, how what we tell it to do is what will happen. Within the belief that there is always a constant in the world, Project {We’ll Be Alright} aims to promote a positive mental attitude amongst our society. We believe that through a connected community and proper access to information and resources, the practice of positive mindset can help improve an individual’s mental health.
